Engine oil: Engine oil has a certain shelf life, which means that if it is not used for a long time, the physical and chemical functions of the engine oil will change, and the cleanliness of the diesel generator set will deteriorate during operation, which can cause damage to the unit parts.
Fuel:The addition of carbon deposits in the fuel/valve system will inevitably affect the fuel injection quantity of the fuel injector, resulting in insufficient burning of the fuel injector, uneven fuel injection quantity in each cylinder of the engine, and unstable operating conditions.
Fuel tank: Water entering the air of the diesel generator set will condense under the change of temperature, forming water droplets that hang on the inner wall of the fuel tank. When the water droplets flow into the diesel, the water content of the diesel will exceed the standard. When such diesel enters the high-pressure oil pump of the engine, it will rust and corrode the precision coupling parts. If it is serious, it will damage the unit.
Three filters: During the operation of diesel generator sets, oil stains or impurities will deposit on the filter screen wall, and long-term lack of maintenance will reduce the filtering function of the filter. If there is too much deposition, the oil circuit will not be unblocked, and when the equipment is working, it will not be able to function properly due to the inability to supply oil.
